Update on Meditation Center Injunction
We would like to inform you that the injunction against the Nimityongskul family and Meditation Center has been resolved out of court. The court date previously set for July 19th has now been canceled as Judge Youngpeter has signed off on our case. Together, we have agreed to inform the city of planned meditation retreats in the future so that we can apply for the necessary permits. While we are still adamant that we did nothing illegal or wrong, this is the most peaceful course of action at this time.
